Who are we ?
Hôte de Gamme was born from the observations of two childhood friends from Les Sables d’Olonne.

“I have always been proud to live in Les Sables d’Olonne since my childhood ! I grew up at the same time as the town of Les Sables d’Olonne and I have seen it evolve over time. Passionate about entrepreneurship and more specifically real estate investments, I made my first investment in the town that saw me grow up “Les Sables d’Olonne”. Friends since childhood with Noëly, we met again after our higher education, having a common passion and complementary skills, we naturally decided to join forces to help our clients manage their property.”
“I grew up in Vendée, in Les Sables d’Olonne, and I fell in love with the region at a very young age. It was therefore logical that I made my first property investment in this region. After having experienced the joys and hazards of short-term rental, I shared my experience with Augustin and we decided to join forces, with a clear objective : to make the most of our expertise to help owners run their properties.”

We provide the laundry in the performance pack and take care of the maintenance. A start-up form will be given to you once the partnership with Hôte de Gamme is established. In this form, you will find all the material we ask to provide in your accommodation including one mattress protector per mattress and one pillow protector per pillow. Bedding is also to be provided by the owner.
The supply of consumables is taken care of by Hôte de Gamme for all Performance Pack customers. For the other two packages (Optimisation and Tranquility) the consumables are the responsibility of the owner or will be re-invoiced by the Hôte de Gamme concierge service.
We provide our clients with a list of the necessary equipment once the partnership is established. You can download this document below : Liste matériels.
You will have control over the booking schedule, exchanges with the tenants, advertisement, etc. To take advantage of your accommodation, we only ask you to let us know as soon as possible : once booked, the accommodation will not be accessible. If the accommodation is not booked, you will be able to block the desired dates in the calendar of the online booking platform we use.
We define the conditions together : for example, in case of small repairs and in high season, we can proceed with repairs of less than 50€ and for any repair of more than 50€, we ask for the owner’s agreement. The various materials required for repairs will be charged to the owner and will therefore be re-invoiced in the same amount by the concierge.
Your income will be paid directly by the online booking platform.
The concierge service is remunerated by a percentage of commission on the turnover generated by the rental of the accommodation, we adapt the nightly rates to ensure the income agreed together during our first meeting.
You will have the opportunity to discuss with the two founders, Augustin and Noëly, who will be your contacts for the duration of your stay.
For accommodation bookings, they will be made on the online booking platform Airbnb, you can find our Airbnb profile here.
For all requests to book a service, we ask that you book at least 24 hours in advance.
You will find the necessary contacts in the welcome booklets available in each accommodation in case of malfunctioning equipment. We are available by telephone to help you find a solution as quickly as possible.
